About RatingPlug LLC
Welcome to RatingPlug. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform and services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Agreement to Terms
Your access to RatingPlug (referred to as "we," "us," or "our Platform") constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Our service connects businesses ("Business Users") seeking authentic customer feedback with individuals ("Reviewers") who provide honest evaluations in exchange for compensation.
Should you find any provision unacceptable, we kindly ask that you discontinue use of our Platform immediately. We maintain the right to revise these Terms periodically, with modifications taking effect upon publication. Continued use following updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
2. Platform Services and Acceptable Use
RatingPlug operates as a marketplace connecting Business Users with qualified Reviewers. Business Users create review campaigns by submitting their business profile links from various review platforms, while Reviewers in matching geographic areas can accept assignments and complete them for agreed-upon compensation.
All users must conduct themselves lawfully and ethically. This includes respecting other users' rights, avoiding activities that disrupt Platform functionality, and adhering to the guidelines of any external review platforms involved. Your participation must not infringe upon intellectual property rights or violate applicable regulations.
RatingPlug functions exclusively as a facilitator, a neutral marketplace enabling Business Users and Reviewers to connect. We do not author, edit, or verify review content. All content created, legal compliance requirements, and actions taken by users remain their sole responsibility. While we maintain high standards for Platform security and user safety, we cannot accept liability for individual user conduct or resulting consequences.
3. Account Registration and Geographic Information
Accessing certain Platform features requires creating an account with accurate, current information. This includes your geographic location, which enables us to match Reviewers with relevant local opportunities. You commit to maintaining the accuracy of your profile information throughout your use of the Platform.
Account security is your responsibility. Maintain confidential credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You accept full accountability for all activities conducted through your account. RatingPlug bears no responsibility for losses stemming from compromised account security.
4. Content Standards and Campaign Requirements
Reviewers must create authentic, honest content following Business User specifications while respecting all applicable laws and external platform policies. Submitted reviews must avoid false claims, offensive language, defamatory statements, or misleading information. Reviewers may only engage with campaigns in locations where they maintain genuine physical presence or legitimate connections.
Business Users must supply valid, accurate links to their business profiles and refrain from requesting reviews that contravene external platform policies. RatingPlug reserves authority to remove campaigns or reviews violating these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable policies and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with such violations.
5. Financial Terms
Business Users agree to compensate RatingPlug according to our published fee structure for campaign creation and management. Reviewers receive payment as specified within accepted campaigns upon successful completion of assignments meeting quality standards and Business User requirements.
All transactions are processed securely through our integrated payment systems. Refund eligibility and withdrawal procedures are detailed in our separate Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
6. Ownership and Licensing
RatingPlug and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Platform content, including but not limited to text, visual elements, branding, and underlying software. These assets enjoy protection under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform materials without our explicit written authorization. By submitting content (including reviews), Reviewers grant RatingPlug a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to utilize, display, and distribute such content across our Platform and marketing materials.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
RatingPlug makes no representations regarding user-generated content, user actions, or external platform policies and practices. We provide our Platform "as is" without guarantees concerning information accuracy, completeness, or reliability. External review platforms may accept, reject, modify, or remove reviews at their discretion, outcomes beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, RatingPlug disclaims liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from Platform use or interactions with external services, whether such damages were foreseeable or not.
Operating as an intermediary platform, RatingPlug assumes no liability for legal violations, disputes, or damages originating from Business User or Reviewer conduct. Business Users bear complete responsibility for ensuring campaign compliance with local regulations. Reviewers must verify their content adheres to applicable laws and platform-specific requirements. Our mission is fostering secure connections, not supervising or assuming responsibility for individual user behavior.
8. Account Termination
RatingPlug may suspend or terminate user access at our discretion, particularly when we reasonably believe Terms violations or external platform policy breaches have occurred. Termination immediately revokes all account privileges and access rights.
Users may close their accounts voluntarily by contacting our support team. Certain provisions, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and indemnification obligations, survive account termination and remain enforceable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in the Republic of Moldova for all disputes arising from these Terms.
10. Resolving Disputes
Should disputes arise concerning these Terms, parties agree to pursue resolution initially through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution proves unsuccessful, disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration conducted in the Republic of Moldova according to applicable arbitration rules.
RatingPlug does not mediate disputes between Business Users and Reviewers. Such conflicts must be addressed directly between the involved parties. We may provide relevant transaction information when legally required but assume no responsibility for inter-user dispute resolution.
